My name is Evelyn LeVasseur and I'm a Certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and Meal Prep Queen!

I've been on a challenging journey myself and I understand the craziness we go through as Mothers, but I'll help you clear as much of the BS as possible, reframe some of your perspectives and help you build a powerful mental state and personal plan for success.

Like so many, I spent so much time and energy trying the newest fad diets and yet wallowing in my feelings of guilt and shame. That constant cycle of self-hatred and falling off track with food and exercise. You know exactly what I'm talking about. I'VE BEEN THERE!

A Journey for You So You Can Forever Support Your Family

At some point if we continue to sacrifice our own needs and desires we may see catastrophic failure in our ability to maintain our home and stay motivated as moms. We are ALL battling out here to take care of our loved ones, maintain our home and find some semblence of our Self. But sometimes we don't konw what we don't know and so reaching out for a caoch, mentor or support system is logical.

I've developed a program specifically for Moms who want to reach their potential as a woman, a partner and a mother. I can help you make conscious lifestyle shifts, learn new tips and tricks for time management, meal planning and exercise, and also arm you with an empowered mindset so you can overcome anything as you continue to go through the ups and downs in life.

During our Initial session, we will get to know each other and then cover:

How long will it take me to see results? How long will I work with you?

Everyone’s experience will be different. There’s no set time frame for when your body will change. But it will! Your body, metabolism, circumstances and life responsibilities are completely individual. My goal is to help you do this independently and with confidence so that when we are done working together you don’t feel like you need me. Clients generally work with me for 3-6 months.

I want to be healthier as a family, but my kids don’t like veggies. How can I get them more on board with my new way of eating?

The short answer is that you’re going to have to continue giving them the things they like while slowly starting to incorporate some healthier foods. So, don’t stop serving mac and cheese. Instead, give it to them, with a healthy side like fruit, if they don’t like veggies. And slowly increase the portions of the sides and decrease the portions of mac and cheese. Don’t rush them. Don’t fight them. Make changes slowly, together. And ultimately, remember that you’re the one who does the grocery shopping. If you don’t buy things you don’t want them to have, then they have to eat something else.

What if I don’t have time to get to a gym?

We can absolutely incorporate some at-home workouts that are effective and can be completed in 20 minutes or less!!

What if I don’t have time to meal prep?

That’s okay! You can learn lots of short cuts to making your dinners come together fast, simpler and with less steps.

Couldn’t I just lose weight faster by trying Keto?

Essentially, yes. But will you keep it off? No! The truth is, if you try to change your body without working on your mindset, figuring out what choices got you to where you are, you’ll never have long term success. Regardless of what program you “try”.

Should I eat carbs?

Yes! Removing an entire type of food will deplete your body of the macronutrients needed for energy building. And you know moms need energy!

My friend, Becky, lost a ton of weight counting macros. Maybe I should try that?

You could, but 1. You’re not Becky, and 2. Do you want to count macros forever? If not, then the answer is simple. No, you shouldn’t try that.

Are you going to cut all the fun stuff out of my diet?

Um, no. Coffee and wine are my spirit animals! How could you possibly change your habits for good if I forced you to deprive yourself? Impossible. Instead, I’ll help you find a way to make better choices for your body, while including your favorite foods and drinks 😊
