I have lived through and experienced the transformation from being a yo-yo dieter to living with food freedom.

For 9 years I have coached women from all backgrounds, family structures, and with a variety of dieting histories. I am certified in Hormonal Fat Loss Nutrition and Moderation365.

I am also a certified personal and group trainer with a specialization in behavior change. I’m here to help you break the cycles of shame, guilt, and lack of self-trust so that you can reclaim your body confidence, ditch dieting, and find food freedom.
